Each year on Palm Sunday, we gather for this  favorite activity. We have a GIANT Egg Hunt, pony rides, petting zoo, inflatables, games, face painting, cotton candy and a light supper for everyone.  The event is held at the Johnston Woods Ballfield.  This is something you won't want to miss.

    On the Wednesday before Halloween, we gather at Broad Street UMC for another one of our annual favorite activities.  
     Our youth leaders decorate one of the church vans and give out candy.  In addition, they assist in running the games for younger children.  All members of the family are encouraged to put on their favorite costume and come out for an evening of fun, treats and food.

On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, we gather at Broad Street UMC to celebrate God's bounty as a community.  Friends from Unity Center, Broad Street UMC, Lee University and local care facilities join together at the table for a wonderful meal of food and Christian fellowship.

This Sunday afternoon and evening program provides an opportunity for the afterschool children to use their tokens to purchase Christmas gifts. Different "stores" are set up throughout Unity Center including a "restaurant" with take out dinners for all families.  An added bonus is a family photo for each participating family.
