Every 3-5 years, we take a select group of youth leaders to our nation’s capital to learn about American government, visit historic sites, and engage with the diversity of culture, religion, race, food, and geography in our country.

We gain insight into responsible Christian citizenship and advocacy through sessions facilitated by the General Board of Church and Society of the United Methodist Church, located on Capitol Hill.

We explore the diversity within our Christian faith by attending services and touring churches and cathedrals of various denominations.

Registration Forms

Completed registration forms are required for all participating students, including youth leaders. In addition, when transportation is utilized an additional permission form is required.

Please Note: Completing the registration form does not mean a student is enrolled in the FUTURE After School Program. Notification in the form of a letter from Unity Center will either confirm a starting date or place the child on the waiting list.
